INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Rock Town Sour Mash Bourbon Whiskey
- 0.75 oz Craft Cordials Creme de Cacao
- 0.5 oz Hot Honey Syrup**
- 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
METHOD
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass over ice. Stir and strain into a lowball glass over ice. Garnish with a chocolate honeycomb chunk.
**Hot Honey Simple Syrup:
Use a one part water to half part hot honey ratio. Bring water to a low boil, add hot honey, stir and remove from heat and allow too cool.
