Currently we are not shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Michigan, Utah, Mississippi and Tennessee. There may be instances where we can't ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Massachusets and North Carolina.

If a product or size is out of stock, you can fill out the 'back in stock' form to get notified of when we've restocked the product!

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order has been sent out. Please note that tracking links generally need 48-72 business hours to appear in the system.

That answer varies based on how long it's been since you've ordered. If you just ordered, email us ASAP at hey@drinkwithus.com or open a chat below. If you've received a shipment update or a tracking number, you will have to ultimately reach out to the shipping company to change the address.
