Each course will be paired with a hand-selected wine from the Solena Estate portfolio\, showcasing the very best of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. \nPrepared with care using the wood-fire oven\, the menu is designed to offer warmth and depth in every bite—perfectly complementing the curated wine pairings. \nSet against the serene garden patio\, the evening will deliver exceptional wine\, seasonal cuisine\, and an unforgettable atmosphere. \nGuests will also have the opportunity to purchase Solena Estate wines at the conclusion of the dinner. \nAdditional Details:Guests with dietary restrictions are encouraged to contact catering@trellisdundee.com in advance so accommodations can be made. \nSeating is limited\, and reservations are strongly recommended.Tickets are subject to a 20% standard service gratuity.
