What began as the Hyland Estates Tasting Room in 2011 has grown into a destination for discovery. We invite you to taste beyond a single label, exploring a broader range of vineyard expressions, varietals, and winemaking styles that reflect the depth and diversity of the Valley. Our lineup includes distinctive single-vineyard and legacy wines like Hyland Estates and Eola Springs, well-loved favorites such as Westmount and Wild Hills, newcomer Zephyr Wells and many more—all curated to spark curiosity and inspire conversation.
