Minthorn Mercantile

Our Point of View

Details

A boutique in downtown Newberg offering high-quality, durable goods designed for all. Opened in November 2024, the shop fills an underserved niche by combining Pacific Northwest and Southwest influences with emphasis on timeless, American-made products built to last. Features rugged outerwear, thoughtfully curated apparel, lifestyle goods, and self-care products. Named after Henry John Minthorn, mentor to Herbert Hoover, the shop embodies values of craftsmanship, integrity, sustainability, and resilience. Every piece reflects commitment to durability and thoughtful design—capsule closet essentials for wine country living from vineyard walks to harvest dinners. Owner Lauren Donoho returned to Newberg to raise her family and created the shop after recognizing the community’s need for durable timeless clothing for all.
