Drink With Us is a guide, written by people who live in Oregon Wine Country. Reading it is free. By using it you agree to these terms.

What the guide is, and isn’t

Everything here is opinion and experience. Hours, prices, menus and availability change; a listing or guide is accurate to the best of our knowledge on the day it was written and we don’t guarantee it after that. Check with a business before you drive out. Drink With Us isn’t responsible for your experience at a business we describe, and mentioning a business doesn’t mean it endorses us or we’re affiliated with it, except where we say so.

Drinking and driving

Oregon’s back roads are narrow, winding, and sometimes gravel. Don’t drive after tasting. Hire a driver or plan a designated one. Nothing on this site should be read as encouraging anyone to drink and drive, and you’re responsible for your own choices.

The chat is a real person answering in her own time. It isn’t a booking service, a guarantee of a reply, or a substitute for contacting a business directly. Don’t send anything you’d mind Lauren reading.

Things you send us

If you submit a guide, a listing, a photo or a comment, you’re telling us you have the right to share it and you’re giving us permission to publish it on Drink With Us, edit it for length and clarity, and use it to promote the site, with credit to you. You keep ownership. We can decline or remove anything at our discretion, and we only publish positive guides; we don’t publish complaints or reviews of specific businesses.

Our content

The writing, photographs and design on this site belong to Drink With Us or the contributors credited, and are protected by copyright. You can share a link to any page. Please don’t copy guides or photos onto another site or product without asking; email lauren@drinkwithus.com, we usually say yes.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We can close accounts that misuse the site.

Links

We link to other sites because we think they’re useful. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what’s on them.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent Oregon law allows, Drink With Us and its contributors aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on what’s here. Our total liability to you for anything to do with the site is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any dispute is handled in the courts of Yamhill County, Oregon.

Changes

We can update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
