Step beyond the ordinary as Chef guides you through a multi-course experience featuring ingredients sourced as locally as possible (often from our own Estate garden). Join us on a journey with Chef Jesus as he pulls back the curtain and invites you into his world of innovation and creation. Each dish is artfully paired with wines from our cellar, creating a one-of-a-kind exploration of flavor and craftsmanship. This winter season, indulge in an intimate celebration of warmth, connection, and culinary artistry where the bounty of the Willamette Valley meets the spark of imagination. As this is a thoughtfully curated set menu, substitutions are not available.
