McMinnville’s impressive 100-acre sports field complex and community park features a dozen baseball/softball fields and a dozen soccer fields meeting recreational needs for all ages. Beyond sports, the park offers both hard surface pathways (1 mile) and soft forested trails (1.2 miles), a wetland for nature viewing, a popular skate park, and playground equipment. The scenic Yamhill River runs along the park’s south and east boundaries. Opened in 1985 and named for McMinnville’s first City Manager.
