Annual Stargazing Event at Chris James Cellars

Join Chris James Cellars and The Carlton Observatory Project for our 8th Annual Stargazing Event on September 26th. Enjoy an evening of wine, vineyard views, and gathering under the stars as we welcome the beginning of fall in Oregon Wine Country. Guests will have the opportunity to explore the night sky through telescopes provided by the observatory team while learning more about the wonders above. Invite your friends and enjoy a beautiful evening at the winery, taking in the night sky and the beauty of the vineyard.

A behind-the-scenes look at the estate during its most demanding season. Walk the vineyard, follow the fruit from vine to tank, then head into the cellar to taste 2025 straight from barrel. Back

Music from the Top at Dominio IV

Please join us for our first-ever event taking place at The Top o’ the Hill – the highest point on our Shallow-Blue-Sea Vineyard in Carlton. At Music from the Top, local musician Dante Zapata will be serenading us with his soulful brand of acoustic stylings, plus Geppetto’s Food Truck will be on-site serving up tasty pizzas and other fare for purchase. Wine will be available for purchase by the glass and bottle. Bring your own chair or picnic blanket and savor a late summer evening among the vines. Bring the whole family!
