Caravan Coffee is a working roastery and tasting room in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, built around a simple belief: coffee is meant to be experienced, not just consumed.

At our roastery, we thoughtfully source and roast coffees that reflect the people and places behind them. Our approach is rooted in relationships—from the producers who grow our coffee to the cafés, restaurants, businesses, and guests who ultimately serve and enjoy it.

Our Tasting Room brings that work to life. More than a traditional coffee shop, it is a place to slow down, taste with intention, ask questions, and explore coffee through thoughtfully prepared drinks, flights, tastings, and guided experiences.

We believe understanding where coffee comes from changes the way you experience what is in your cup. That is why education and hospitality are such an important part of what we do. Our experiences invite guests behind the cup to discover origin, processing, roasting, brewing, and the many hands involved along the way.

Whether you visit our Tasting Room, join us for a coffee experience, brew Caravan at home, or encounter our coffee at one of our wholesale partners, our goal is the same: to create a deeper connection between people, coffee, and place.

Come curious. Leave knowing coffee a little differently.
