Get up early to rise high across the valley
Yes, you’ll wake up early, but the quiet views are unmatched. Odds are, your basket will also take a dip in the Willamette. I recommend skipping the balloon breakfast and head back to the Allison for breakfast and mimosas. If you have a driver already, have them pick up coffees at Caravan Coffee next to the launch site.
