Easily the largest retail space on Third Street in downtown McMinnville, Nash & Nichol is a curated home goods shop with approachable decor, both seasonal and year-round. The historic building is filled with lifestyle goods for the whole house, select garments, gifts, and furniture.
The store flips entirely four times a year, so it looks different every season. Fall launch in September, spring open house in May, both with pop-up vendors, fresh flowers, and drinks. They close for a few days between changes.
The wall of faux stems is what people come back for. The fresh boxwood topiaries in spring sell out, and regulars pre-order.
Co-owner Chelsey Nichol’s family has run the McMinnville newspaper for four generations. She makes a line of McMinnville products and letterpress stationery in the print shop next door, which is the thing to buy if you want something from here you can’t get anywhere else.
Open seven days, until six on Saturdays.
