Elk Cove Vineyards is one of the Willamette Valley’s foundational wineries, established in 1974 by Pat and Joe Campbell and now led by second-generation winemaker Adam Campbell. The estate spans roughly 400 acres across six vineyards and three major soil types—Jory, Laurelwood, and Willakenzie—producing a wide range of expressive Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and aromatic white wines.

The tasting room is set in a dramatic, bowl-shaped property in the Coast Range foothills, offering sweeping vineyard and mountain views. Known for both consistency and depth, Elk Cove is a reliable, rewarding stop for visitors who want to understand Oregon’s history while tasting wines that continue to evolve and impress.
