Featuring some of Oregon’s oldest vines planted in 1973 and 1979 (formerly Beran Vineyards) Ruby Vineyard crafts naturally made wines from mostly organic sites in the rare Laurelwood soils of the Chehalem Mountains AVA. The winemaking style honors ancient techniques while balancing traditional and natural wine approaches with each bottle expressing the unique depth and character of Laurelwood terroir. The modern tasting room opened in 2016 offers stunning views of Mount Hood Bald Peak and surrounding vineyards from the spacious deck. Small-lot hand-crafted Pinot Noir Chardonnay and Rosé of Pinot Noir available only at the winery. Distinctive wine glasses feature punts for unique presentation. Three-tiered wine club with exclusive benefits. Dog and family-friendly. Open daily except Wednesday just 30 minutes from Portland. Reserve private tasting space showcases library and reserve wines.
