The second tasting room for Van Duzer Vineyards, opened in 2026 in downtown Dundee. The estate winery and vineyard remain in Dallas, on a windswept knoll in the Van Duzer Corridor AVA where Carl and Marilynn Thoma founded the operation in 1998. The Dundee room pours across the range, showing wines shaped by the marine winds of the Corridor alongside bottlings from the Dundee Hills — two distinct AVAs in a single flight, which is unusual and makes for a useful comparison.
The space is light-filled with a landscaped patio, designed for lingering rather than moving through. A guided Estate Collection tasting is offered, along with wines by the glass and bottle. Wine club members receive two complimentary flights per month. Outside food is welcome, and the winery partners with Merenda Deli across the parking lot for daily food options. Third Thursday specials run monthly. The room is available for private events, and there’s ample parking in front.
