It’s Newberg’s only food cart pod, and it holds eight full-time international carts with guest carts rotating through. Bangkok Noi Thai, Bobablastic for boba, That’s a Wrap for breakfast and lunch wraps, Las Cazuelitas de la Mixteca, and La Guerrero Cocina Mexicana anchor the lineup, with Detroit-style pizza and Indian food among the more recent arrivals.

There’s a covered dining area, which matters more than it sounds nine months of the year here. Hall’s longer-term plans involve making the pod a genuine walkable destination on the east edge of downtown.

A group of five can eat five different things for a fraction of what a sit-down meal costs, and nobody has to negotiate. If you’re staying nearby, or you’ve got kids, or you’ve spent the day tasting and want something uncomplicated, this is the easy answer. Stoller Wine Bar is right across the street too.

Cart hours vary from pod hours, so check before you go with something specific in mind.

Is it walkable?
