A self-guided February trail featuring Willamette Valley producers of traditional method sparkling wine — the same in-bottle secondary fermentation used in Champagne. Fourteen wineries participate, each offering a dedicated sparkling flight for the month, most paired with food from the winery’s kitchen or a regional chef. Participating producers have included Adelsheim, Argyle, CHO Wines, Domaine Divio, Domaine Willamette, Elk Cove, Gran Moraine, Lundeen, Lytle-Barnett, ROCO, Sokol Blosser, Soter, Stoller, and Trisaetum.
Flights typically run four to five wines and range from roughly $35 to $75 per person, with many waiving the fee on a bottle purchase and several offering complimentary or discounted tastings to club members.
